Trauma Integration

Trauma Integration is the process of bringing compassion and coherence to the parts of ourselves that have been overwhelmed or frozen in time. Rather than seeking to erase pain, this work gently restores relationship between body, emotion, and memory. Within the Inner Council framework, trauma is understood as the psyche’s intelligent attempt to protect life — an invitation to re-establish safety, trust, and connection. Through presence and patience, what was once fragmented becomes part of the living whole again.
