The Inner Council workshop series has been designed to open up the space within our internal landscapes and connect to the deepest, innermost areas of ourselves. Based on a holistic, empowering, intuitive led form of self therapy, where you are the therapist and proceed at a pace inspired by your intuition. The workshops guide you to consider the foundational aspects of our core essence and what it is to live and explore the subjective ecology of the human condition within a safe and controlled environment.
Whether you are a practitioner, or someone interested in your own self development, aligning and discovering your true nature, spiritual and soul purpose, interested in exploring the depths, multiple aspects, characters and form that our consciousness takes, the Inner Council Series provides comprehensive workshops for examining these different parts of ourselves, often overlooked, remaining unconscious, not acknowledged at a social level. Through the mechanism of self-trust and personal empowerment the workshop series provides the tools and space that directly contribute towards building your own core practice, healing and realisation towards self-liberation, compatible with any existing therapies and practices; it is universal.
The Inner Council provides a framework where practitioners can support participants long-term through gradual healing. However, the Inner Child workshop can be attended as a one-off, stand-alone program to give participants an insight and the tools for a self guided, long-term therapy experience.
The Inner Child is the entryway to the soul, the original self that remembers innocence, trust, and imagination. In this first module, participants establish a living relationship with their Inner Child through guided regression, re-parenting, and intuitive dialogue. This relationship becomes the compass for all further work: the emotional hearth around which the inner world will later gather.
Healing arises through reconnection with authenticity and the rediscovery of joy, play, and emotional safety.
Focus: Trust, self-healing, emotional integration
Archetype: The Divine Child / The Healer
Purpose: To restore emotional safety, awaken intuition, and rebuild the inner bond of love and belonging.
Outcome: Personal grounding, emotional regulation, and the rediscovery of play, safety, and self-compassion.
Building upon the relationship with the Inner Child, the second module expands into the immediate ecosystem of the soul, the Inner Village. Here we meet the nurturers, protectors, elders, and other archetypal figures who create a safe inner environment for the child to thrive. Participants learn to cultivate cooperation among these inner roles, to balance strength with tenderness, wisdom with curiosity, and protection with openness.
Through the practices of inner dialogue and council, the village becomes both sanctuary and community: a place where the many parts of self can live in harmony.
Within this relational field stands one figure who walks between worlds: the Elder, or inner shaman who mediates between the personal and the transpersonal, bringing renewal and integration.
Focus: Embodied wholeness, relational harmony, emotional cooperation
Archetype: The Elder.
Purpose: To create a safe and integrated inner ecology that supports the child and prepares the psyche for deeper spiritual dialogue.
Outcome: A stable inner community, emotional balance, and an integrated sense of belonging within the self.
This module is available through invitation only. Please speak with your practitioner for more information.
With the foundation of safety and cooperation established, the third module opens the imaginal and mythic dimensions, the wider field of archetypal intelligence that animates the Inner Council. Here, participants engage with the symbolic forces that shape their life stories, meeting the Teacher, the Storyteller, the Warrior, and other figures who hold the keys to collective wisdom. Through active imagination and guided dialogue, the archetypes become mentors and mirrors, revealing the mythic architecture of the soul and its role within the larger human story.
Focus: Symbolic understanding, imaginal dialogue, personal myth
Archetype: The Storyteller / The Teacher / The Council
Purpose: To reveal the deeper mythic patterns guiding life and to cultivate wisdom through conscious relationship with the collective imagination.
Outcome: A coherent Inner Council, a grounded, relational wholeness capable of guiding others and maintaining balance between inner and outer worlds.
