Kathryn Bowen

Kathryn is a Limited License Master of Social Work and is in the process of becoming a fully licensed mental health therapist. She lives and works in Michigan where she provides therapeutic services to adults, specifically women, who are working on processing past and current trauma, as well as attachment, relationship, and childhood wounds, low self-esteem, life transitions, and learning how to fully step into their most authentic sense of self.

Kathryn is available to provide individual Inner Child sessions online, and strives to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be and discover all that you are.
