As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), grief coach, and dedicated practitioner in inner child healing, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate support to those facing deep personal losses and trauma. My journey through the profound loss of two brothers—one to COVID-19 and the other to a head injury—has shaped my understanding of grief and resilience in ways that inform my work with clients daily. Currently, I am advancing my studies as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and completing a certification in Violence, Trauma, and Loss to better serve those in need.
My mission is to empower others in their healing journeys, with a special focus on supporting the Asian diaspora community, where cultural nuances and stigmas often create barriers to accessing mental health support. I am committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can explore inner child work and find pathways to healing and growth. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese. I currently live in Mississippi, but provide virtual meetings.
I started inner child work when I felt there was something more I needed outside of therapy. I needed someone who was going to help me with techniques and set goals with inner child work that wasn’t enough with therapy sessions alone. I started to live authentically and unapologetically once I tapped into little me and started letting the little me guide me in what makes me happiest.
I am a child of Vietnamese refugees and have a profound understanding for the first and second generation experience for immigrants and their children.
