I am a therapist who believes in the quiet magic of coming home to yourself. As a counsellor, Rolfer™, and Inner Child Practitioner my approach is rooted in the belief that every individual is a whole being—where mind, body, and soul are deeply connected. At the core of my work is creating a space of safety and attunement, allowing you to exhale and reconnect with yourself and the world. When the heart feels held and secure, curiosity, joy, and a sense of adventure unfolds.

I initially experienced Inner child work with a therapist I saw in my early 20’s when I struggled with interpersonal relationships. The concept of my self-sabotaging behaviors being driven by a wounded Inner child who, just wanted to be seen, heard and loved, was very powerful for me. Once I became a counsellor I wanted to include this transformative practice in my offerings and I sought out the Inner Council to become a practitioner.

Taking time to explore and play is not time wasted, rather time can’t be spent any better. One of my favourite playful activities is collecting shells on the beach and marveling at the incredible patterns nature has created and tracing the intricate textures with my fingers. It helps me to remember that slowing down and joyfully experiencing isn’t lazy, it is how we rewrite the story.

I did my practitioner training just after having my own child and meeting my own Inner child again at that time was incredibly useful for understanding my daughters needs and parenting in the way I wished I had been parented. I understood my own triggers in the parenting journey and parenting became less about ‘getting it right’ and more about attuning to my baby’s needs. Now, I am especially drawn to working with expectant parents or those navigating the parenting journey, because when we heal our own childhood wounds we are much more likely to meet our children from an authentic and joyful place. However I am excited to work with anyone who wants to experience the healing journey of meeting their Inner Child.

I am originally from Denmark but I have lived in New York, London and Munich before settling in Hong Kong. I bring a warm, grounded perspective to my practice, shaped by both my professional training and my personal journey. Beyond my therapeutic work, I am a wife and mother to a spirited little girl. Together, we live on one of Hong Kong’s car-free outlying islands, where we treasure slow days spent hiking lush trails and exploring quiet beaches.

I offer sessions in English and Danish.
